A journey beyond the sea, beyond its horizon, in a world at a slow pace captured in some canvases in which a rich palette, maximized by a few brushstrokes with character, impacts. This is the “Horizontes” collection presented by Cristina Babiloni at the Sala Parés in Barcelona.
Inspired by the argument of the light that springs from the force of the sea, the wind, and nature at its purest. There are 37 horizons, 21 paintings on canvas and 16 on paper, sharing an eternal dialogue with the reflection of the purest nature, the waves, sometimes calm, others fierce, and the boundary between earth and sky, through different materials.
